DEWR Head Office, Canberra

The DEWR Head Office in Canberra project involves fitting out a modern, open-plan office space with 120-degree modular workstations, including office areas, kitchens, meeting rooms, and break-out spaces to support their digital and data capabilities and to house their various programs and partner agencies. The project focuses on creating an inclusive, collaborative work environment and aligns with the department’s strategy to transform corporate capabilities and ICT services.

Recognised for sustainability excellence with a 6 Star Green Star Design certification and a 5.5 Star NABERS energy rating, we pioneered several innovative green initiatives to meet our objective of delivering a premium business address and working environment. These include a bio-filtration ‘green wall’ to maintain clean air, a tri-generation energy plant, a rainwater harvesting system and a grey water recycling plant to reduce water consumption throughout the building.
